3) Rewards & Transactions

SalesReward for Salons offers a rewards system where customers earn points by scanning QR codes after receiving salon services. Points are automatically calculated based on the bill amount set by the salon owner. Earned points can be redeemed as discounts on future visits as per the salon's redemption rules. Transaction history, point balances, and redemption records are stored securely. SalesReward does not involve gambling or betting of any kind.

4) Information We Collect

• Salon Owners: Business name, owner name, email, phone number, salon address, business registration details (if applicable), and payment information for subscription services.
• Customers: Name, phone number (if provided), service history, reward points earned, redemption history, and visit frequency data.
• Technical Data: Device information, IP address, browser type, QR scan timestamps, and app usage analytics for security and performance improvements.
• Service Data: Types of services provided, bill amounts, point calculation settings, and promotional campaign details.

5) How We Use Information

• To provide and improve app features including QR code generation, point calculation, and reward redemption systems.
• To enable salon owners to track customer visits, spending patterns, and loyalty trends.

8) Data Retention & Deletion

Salon owners can request deletion of their business account and associated customer data by emailing info@opticosolutions.com. Customers can request deletion of their personal data from the system. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. Historical transaction records may be retained for legal compliance.

9) QR Code Security

Each salon is provided with a unique QR code linked to their business account. QR codes are secured with encryption and fraud detection mechanisms. Multiple scans from the same device within a short timeframe may be flagged and rejected. Salon owners are responsible for displaying their QR code securely at their premises and not sharing it publicly online.

Our app or website may contain links to third-party websites or payment gateways. SalesReward for Salons is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites. Users are encouraged to review third-party privacy policies before providing information.

11) Policy Updates
